- No Location Tracking: Beydex does not track, collect, or transmit your device's geographic location (GPS) data.
- No Analytics or Telemetry: Beydex does not track your usage behavior or send crash reports to third-party servers.
2. Local Data Storage
Beydex operates primarily on your device. Any data the app downloads (such as images, Beyblade databases, or app updates) is stored locally on your device.
- This locally stored data never leaves your device and is not uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers.
- You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time in the in-app data manager, by clearing the app's cache, or uninstalling the app.
3. Network Permissions and Internet Usage
Beydex requires internet for specific features. This internet connection is used strictly for:
- Fetching public data (such as WBO Winning Combos) from external APIs.
- Downloading over-the-air (OTA) app updates to ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes.
- The webviewed "BeyScore" feature that accesses https://beyscore.worldbeyblade.org/
These network requests do not transmit any of your personal data or user-generated content.
4. Third-Party Services
While our app connects to third-party services (such as the WBO API) to fetch content, we do not send any of your user data to them. Please note that when your device connects to the internet to fetch these resources, the respective third-party services may receive standard network routing information (such as your device's IP address), which is an inherent part of how the internet functions.
